Caravan - 3rd Thursday - 11/15/07

Preview properties on the 3rd Thursday of each month in the area designated in MLS searches as: Willsboro, Essex, E'town, Lewis, Westport. That's a big area! We will share giving Offices the First Choice and then letting other agents pick listings within reasonable driving distances.

This month (because he likes to be 1st) Bruce Ware from Weichert selected a nice listing on Presbury Point to begin our trek and has invited all agents to stop for coffee and discussion after our last preview at his Weichert, Venture North Westport office, it's BYO lunch.

Here's a Google Map:

Adriondack Realty is very pleased to have this beautifully restored 1924 Sears Catalog House, called "The Alhambra". Details can be seen at our web page describing the home.

The Riverside X2 will be available for much of the afternoon, just stop by 10 Orchard Terrace for details and your boarding pass.

Both Weichert Realtors, Venture North and Bradamant Real Estate have other fine homes listed in and near Westport. Please contact them directly to arrange other perviews.

Camp on Lincoln Pond

Lincoln Pond is well known among those of us that grew up in Essex County. As a young boy my friends and I would beg our mothers to bring us swimming at the beautiful camp grounds. Until I visited this owner's camp I never realized the full beauty of this Adirondack gem. This is a pristine setting on a private road where generations of families only rarely offer for sale their piece of this idyllic pond.

These pictures are from the camp and from a recent walk along the road leading to the camp.

The camp is co-listed by William McHone and Bradamant Realty, we would be more than happy to arrange a personal visit.
